Designer Recruitment are proud supporters of Nottingham Trent University's Design School, part of their renowned School of Art & Design. We have developed an ongoing relationship with the university, with Ben Paine regularly visiting to provide mentorship and industry insight.
A key focus of these sessions has been supporting students with interview preparation, CV advice, and a clearer understanding of how to transition from education into industry roles. Alongside this, we also share insight into current market conditions, employer expectations, and the skills most valued within the KBB and wider design sectors.
This ongoing involvement allows us to support the next generation of design talent while strengthening the connection between education and industry.
