All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, photography, and the underlying design and code, is owned by or licensed to Designer Recruitment Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print extracts from the site for your own personal use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the site, or any content on it, without our prior written consent.

7. Job listings and CV submissions

Job listings on this site are provided for information only. They are not offers of employment, and details may change or be withdrawn without notice. Any application submitted via this site is an expression of interest and does not create a binding agreement between you and Designer Recruitment or any prospective employer.

By submitting a CV or application, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that it is your own work or that you have permission to share it, and that you have the right to work in the jurisdiction(s) you have specified.

The terms on which we provide our placement, search, and consultancy services to candidates and clients are set out separately in our terms of business or in the engagement letter signed at the start of an engagement. Nothing on this site forms or replaces those terms.

8. CV & Career Services purchases

If you purchase one of our CV & Career Services packages, payment is taken at the point of purchase via Stripe. Once we receive your order we will contact you to arrange delivery of the service. 9. Links to other sites

This site may contain links to third-party websites and resources, including LinkedIn, Stripe, and a separate jobs board hosted at jobs.designerrecruitment.co.uk. We provide these links for your convenience. We have no control over the content of those sites and accept no responsibility for them or for any loss or damage that may arise from your use of them.

10. Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for:

• Death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
• Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
• Any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under English law.

Subject to the above, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to this site or any content on it. We will not be liable to any user for any loss or damage, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, arising under or in connection with use of, or inability to use, this site, or use of or reliance on any content displayed on it.
